Yes. When a title says 24-count or 350-piece, that is the number of items in the carton you receive. Where a set mixes item types — plates, napkins and cups in one box — the listing breaks the mix down so you can check it covers your guest count before you order.

That is what most of the favor packs are sized for. Counts of 24, 28, 30 and 40 are on the shelf specifically so one pack covers a class with a few spares, and the exchange-card sets pair a favor with a card for each child.

Standard US shipping is $7.95, and orders of $48 or more ship free. Both figures are calculated at checkout from the same settings, so the cart total is the total.
